CEO Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary administrative assistance and support to the vice presidents as enable them to fulfill their responsibilities efficiently;
- Diary management and meeting arrangements;
- Minute taking for meeting and conference call;
- Travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Preparing spreadsheets and meeting notes for follow up and as procedure notes for others;
- Follow up outstanding matters with internal and external parties;
- Contacting and communicating with all internal department, vice presidents in other Asia countries and external parties; and
- Ad-hoc tasks related to the accounting department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification;
- 3 or more years of relevant experience;
- Able to work under pressure, proactive, fast-paced and meticulous with a keen eye to details;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written), computer literate and preferably with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
- Good at problem-solving, analytical thinking, presentation and team playing.
